Requirements
What it takes to become an operating company.
Two lists. One is enforced by the software and is simply true; the other is the commercial agreement.
Before your site can go live
This is the activation checklist the platform itself applies. A partner stays in draft until every line is satisfied, and a domain that is not yet activated is refused a certificate rather than served under a name that is not ready.
- A root domain you own, with DNS pointed at our gateway
- An operator organisation, whose owners administer your console
- Your artwork — wordmark, icons, share card — or an explicit acknowledgement that it is not ready
- The country you will operate in
- A payment provider valid for that country
What we ask of you
These are the terms of the agreement rather than conditions the software checks.
- A registered limited-liability company in your territory, with its certificate of incorporation and tax identification
- A named managing director as the account owner
- A business bank account in the territory
- An account with a payment provider we support in that country
- Your own trading name and logo — or commission us to produce them
- five full-time agents, named when you apply and active within 60 days of going live
- a one-off setup fee, quoted in your territory's currency, confirmed in writing before signature
- a 12-month initial term
Commercial terms are indicative and confirmed in writing before signature.
How it goes
- You apply, with your company details and your territory
- We qualify the application and agree terms with you
- We create your company on the platform, in draft
- You point your domain at us and supply your artwork
- We activate you, and your sites answer under your own name
Applications are reviewed by a person. Creating an operating company is not self-service — it establishes a legal entity on the platform, so it is done by us, with you.
